Shipping & Delivery

Your order may take between 5-10 business days to be delivered.  

Our convenient, flat shipping rates are as follows:

• ND, SD, MN, NE, IA, IL, WI – $60.00 (first bumper, each additional bumper in the same shipment is $20.00). Orders are delivered to customer’s address by a regional carrier. COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY.

• AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA – $225.00 (first bumper, each additional bumper in the same shipment is $20.00). Freight delivery only – COMMERCIAL / BUSINESS ADDRESS REQUIRED!

• All other continental US states – $170.00 (first bumper, each additional bumper in the same shipment is $20.00). Freight delivery only – COMMERCIAL / BUSINESS ADDRESS REQUIRED!

• AK, HI, PR – Unfortunately we don’t ship to your state / location at this time.

All the personal and business data submitted to BumperWorks Online via this website will remain confidential, and will be NOT, under any circumstances shared with nor sold to any third-party person or business for marketing or any other purposes. Said data are for internal use of BumperWorks Online only. Your account can be removed at any time, effective 24 hours after request. Please contact us regarding your account removal.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns up to 14 business days from the day the order was delivered. After 14 days there will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping will not be refundable. Any cancelled orders must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense, unless there was a mistake or a problem at our end - in this case we will cover the shipping costs. If the part is damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as posible so we can ship you a FREE replacement at no cost. If you wish to return the damaged part for a refund, we will schedule a return shipping at our cost, however your original order's shipping fee will not be refunded.

Ordering

Whenever you place the order online please make sure your order the right parts for your vehicle. Make sure the year, make and model is the same as your vehicle. If you are have problems or not sure what you need, please contact us so one of our skilled represenetives can assist you in placing the order. You can place the order online or call us direct and place the order by phone.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal payments as well as major credit cards such as VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Business checks will be processed right away. Orders with Personal checks will need to wait 5 days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped. Paypal orders will be ONLY shipped to Paypal confirmed addresses. We will not ship the orders to unconfirmed Paypal adressess.

Viewing Orders

Orders can be tracked by either e-mail to info@bumperworksonline.com.com or through our website. Please click on the "Track your order" links at the top of the page and follow the steps to fill in your information.

Updating Account Information & Newsletter Subscription.

You can update your account information at any time by logging into My Account section in front page. There you can change your password and contact data as well as newsletter subscription preferences, shipping adresses etc. If you want to cancel your account please contact us. Your account will be removed within 24 business hours after request.
